On the 2nd of July, surrounded by the wonderful scenary of Castel Sant’Angelo in Rome, the jewel exhibition started its sixth edition: “ORO DI ROMA, Il gioiello Made in Italy“. In the collection exposed it is possible to look up to 600 handmade gold products and so one-off and unrepeatable pieces, then, together with the jewels some highfashion dresses will be exposed.
The “Oro di Roma” project, created by the Confesercenti Provinciale di Roma, promotes the Made in Italy goldsmith’s art with more than sixty companies; but it also promotes the revaluation of markets, especially the wine and food market and the tourism market, with the aim to exalt the best products of Italian market.
“Oro di Roma” is not only an art and fashion exhibition, but there will be also several wine companies of Latium and wine tastings will be organized by the ARSIAL (Regional Agency for the Development and the Innovation of the Agricolture of Latium); the project has started a collaboration with the ITPC (Italian Travel Promotion Concil), an organization which includes 25 tour operators specialized in italian travels with 6000 agencies displaced throughout the United States and which manages 75% of the turistic flow in Italy.
The “Oro di Roma” main aim is to preserve the italian production in the fashion and goldsmith’s arts until the end of the exhibition (the 24th of August) with its special partners: Regione Lazio, Comune di Roma, Provincia di Roma, Boscolo Hotels, Banca Toscana, Scuola Leonardo Da Vinci, Gustolab.
