The International Short Film Festival Filmcaravan comes back in Imperia

Once again, Filmcaravan, the successful international short film competition held in the province of Imperia, comes back in the squares of some of the most beautiful villages in the area, from July, 31st to August, 3rd.

Such a cinema competition will begin on July, 31st at 9.30 pm in the village of Cervo in Piazza dei Corallini, with the showing of “Die ruhe bleibt” (“Keep quiet”), a work by Stefan Kriekhaus from Germany, “Rodri” by Franco Lolli from Columbia, “Ce n’est pas un film de cow boy” (“This is not a western”) by Benjamin Parent from France. These are just some of the international titles showed at 5th edition of Filmcaravan.

The festival will go on in Diano Castello on Thursday August, 1st and in Cipressa on Friday August, 2nd. Screenings will begin at 9.30 pm.

The closing evening will begin at 9 pm in Imperia, in via Santa Chiara at Parasio. After the award ceremony, a special events organized on the occasion of the festival will take place with a special guest, the French actress Joana Preiss, who this time will be performing as a singer.

Following, all the short films that have been awarded will be showed once again. We remind you that admittance is free for all the screenings and all the films are subtitled in Italian and English language.
