50th edition of SMAU, an Accelarator of Innovation for Businesses

From October 23rd to 25th, SMAU, the most important Italian event dedicated to Information & Communication Technology, comes back in Milan.

The most important companies of digital sector, startups, workshops, research centres and the most innovative towns in Lombardy will meet in a special, great event with the goal of giving impulse to digital development in Italy.

Everything at Fieramilanocity is ready for hosting 50th edition of this great event, which will expand the boundaries of digital technologies for business together with some of the greatest names of the sector, such as Aruba, Cisco, Dell, Fujitsu, Huawei, IBM, Intel, Lenovo, Microsoft, NetApp, Sap, Vodafone, Wacom and Zucchetti.

In a background of deep economic and competitive development, for Italian businesses of any dimension, today ICT represent a necessary but still little used tool. A half of SMAU’s visitors will be companies and public institutions and and the other half will be ICT professionals.

Some of the thematic areas of SMAU 2013 are:

A01 – Managing information and processes through Integrated Management Systems.

A14 – Tablets e cloud systems for business.

A18 – Social Network and Social Commerce.

A19 – E-commerce and digital payments.
