The traditional celebrations of Festa de Noantri 2011 in Rome

The most famous celebration in Rome is yet to come. As every year, the Festa de Noantri, the occasion bound to Rome’s traditions, will crowd one of the most popular districts in Roeme: Trastevere.

Festa de Noantri (namely, “Our Celebration” in opposition to “you, who live in other districts…” is a summer event celebrated by the Trastevere inhabitants, one of the most beautiful districts in Rome. It is celebrated in honor of Beata Vergine del Carmelo between July 15th and 30th in Trastevere and it’s without any doubt one of the most expected celebrations in Rome.

The 24th edition of the International Book Fair will be held in Turin at Lingotto Fiere from 12th to 16th May 2011.
