Turin presents the exhibition “The Collector of Wonders: The Basilewsky’s Hermitage”

Since June 7th and until October, 13th, a great exhibition will be held at Palazzo Madama in Turin in order to celebrate 150th anniversary of Turin’s Civic Museums. Its title is “The Collector of Wonders: The Basilewsky’s Hermitage”.

Such an exhibition wants to pay homage to the great collector and art addict Alexander Basilewsky, a very important personage of 19th century European collecting. This was made possible also thanks to the collaboration with the State Hermitage Museum of St. Petersburg

The exhibition takes the visitor on a journey through European art from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance, with 85 works of art from the collection of Alexander Basilewsky,

55th Venice International Art Exhibition

From June, 1st to November, 24th, the most acclaimed art exhibition in Europe and the world, 55th International Art Exhibition, will take place at the Giardini and the Arsenale (Preview on May 29th, 30th and 31st) and in other venues around Venice.

2012 edition of “Lucca Comics & Games” is ready to begin

The long-awaited Lucca Comics&Games is back: one of the main events dedicated to comics, animation, games, videogames, fantasy and sci-fi!

The festival will start on November, 1st and end on 4th; the exhibitions have been open from October 20th until the end of the festival.
