Taste: the Food & Wine event made by Pitti

Pitti Taste event in FlorenceFrom March 8th to 10th in Florence, the Pitti event dedicated to Taste.

Back in Florence, at the Stazione Leopolda, the glamorous event dedicated to excellence in food and wine markets, now in its ninth edition.

Visiting Taste you will have the opportunity to meet the best international players of gastronomy, 300 companies of excellence in the industry and participate in wine tastings and special events dedicated to food lifestyle.

4 areas and a rich menu of events:

  • Taste Tour: where you can taste the products presented by the companies, to experience the Italian gastronomic richness;
  • Taste Tools: an area dedicated to food and kitchen design, chef’s tools and non-professionals tools;
  • Taste Shop: the shop of exclusive foods – with more than 1,700 products – where you could buy the products exposed and tasted;
  • Taste Taste Ring & Events: the cultural-gastronomic arena orchestrated by Davide Paolini, the event patron, where you can assist in discussions and meetings with leading figures in the world of food; but also exhibitions, book presentations, cooking competitions …

The event is open to professionals and the general public.

Saturdays and Sundays from 13.30 to 19.30 .
Monday from 9.30 to 16.30 .
Entrance ticket: 15€ per day (10€ for operators, after registration).
Children under 10 years are free.

Florence celebrates Italian cookery and flavor with the brand new edition of “Taste. In viaggio con le diversità del gusto” (Taste. Traveling with taste diversities), the wine and food fair at Stazione Leopolda, the salon of taste and new proposals for the way of living food.
